Information on location use
The data controller is Erpol Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. The company's address is Batı Sitesi Mahallesi, Gersan Sanayi Sitesi, 2308. Sokak No:14/14A, Yenimahalle/Ankara; its e-mail address is info@goodbeef.com.tr and its KEP (registered electronic mail) address is erpolgida@hs01.kep.tr.
If you allow it, the location coordinates your device gives the browser are collected electronically and automatically to calculate the nearest branch. For this feature the processing relies on your separate explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1. The calculation is done in your browser; the Company's application does not send the coordinates to the server, the e-mail system or a map provider, and creates no persistent browser record. Once the search is finished, the coordinates are not kept for this purpose. To prove your location choice, only a choice reference, the time and the text version are kept, for at most one year; coordinates are never written to that record.
This limited proof record of your location choice is processed to protect rights under KVKK Art. 5/2-e; the Company's authorised staff and its hosting and technical-support providers can access it as far as this purpose and their service require. The transfer relies on this legal basis under KVKK Art. 8. Not storing the coordinates does not mean that this limited consent record is not kept at all.
How your browser or operating system determines your location is governed by that provider's location service and privacy settings. If you separately click a map or directions link, you move to an external map service. Allowing location use is not consent to that external service or to commercial messages.
Sharing your location is not mandatory. You can use the city filter without allowing it. You can later remove location access in your browser's site permissions. You can use your rights under KVKK Art. 11 through the contact channels above, by written application, KEP or your registered e-mail address; your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest.
